At KAI Advisory, our story began with a passion for helping small and mid-size businesses succeed and for people to gain clarity on who they were created to be and how they fit into a complicated world. Our founders saw a need for personalized, results-driven on-tap advisory and coaching services, and set out to create a company that would meet that need. Today, we continue to uphold that same passion and commitment to excellence and assisting individuals in their journey of personal growth.

KAI is the Greek word for "and."  We founded the company based on the ability to be agile and nimble - the ability to operate in an improvisational state of being.  Rather than "no", we believe there is always room for "yes, AND....."  This allows for a fluid exchange of ideas, listening more intently and leads to transforming people and organizations.
